It would have been helpful if this dealership's service department offered the type of service my car needed over the weekend. I was told it could only be done during the week and that it was recommended t department offered the type of service my car needed over the weekend. I was told it could only be done during the week and that it was recommended that the car be dropped off over night. I live an hour away from this dealership so this would have been very difficult. Since the car was under warranty and purchased from this dealership I was disappointed we were not offered a rental so we could do what they asked and drop off over night during the week. When I did drop the car off in the early morning during the week, I was planning on waiting there. I understood I was likely going to have to wait there likely several hours as I was told they wanted to work on the car when it was cooler. I dropped it off about 8 AM in roughly 30 degree weather. I got the sense that they did not want me to wait there with the vehicle. I was told around 4:30 PM that the car would be finished by 5:30 PM. I still don't understand what took so long. This wasn't a service that was to be completed on the spot. This had been planned for days and for over a week the service department knew this work would need to be completed as they waited on parts. Disappointing. More

Service department was courteous. I had an appointment for an oil change it took about 2 hours, to me that is a little long for an oil change.
