I took our 2021 truck for an oil change at 25,000 and ended up with a bill for nearly $1000 without a phone call to alert me of the charges. I called and made an appointment for the date that I wanted. They met me at the service door, filled out paper work and said it would be ready around 3pm. At 3pm they called me and it was ready.
