Never even a return call! Me and my wife were in there for a service on our malibu at which time we were approached about trading up to an equinox. We decided it sounded pretty Me and my wife were in there for a service on our malibu at which time we were approached about trading up to an equinox. We decided it sounded pretty good due to our family growing. We sat down with (capt) Jerry a sales person and did an the whole app process at which time im assuming he submitted it with financing. He then returned to us and said they would have to do a hard submit and he woul contact us by mon. Well its now fri and guess what no phone call. My wife even spoke to the sales manager Bo and he oromised he would figure out why no return phone call. Still no response ftom him either I left him a message and nothing. Even if we couldnt work out a deal they should still call and inform the consumer of whats going on. More

Paid for nitrogen tire fill. Walked around building unseen and watched David install nitrogen blue caps on wheels and do nothing else. Did not argue over being ripped off. Not worth it. Rob was absolutely great from the start. We initially were looking for a Sonic and was unable to find the one we wanted in the time frame we wanted it. With that said, we were offered a very handsome dea were looking for a Sonic and was unable to find the one we wanted in the time frame we wanted it.
