I went back and purchased a vehicle through Chris. Thanks. The vehicle I purchased was lacking one of the key FOB's so I only have the one. Chris said the previous owner probably had it and he would reach out to him/her and try to get it for me. To date this has not happened . It's been two weeks since I purchased the vehicle. At this point I must assume that the second FOB for my vehicle is either lost or is not going to be returned by the previous owner. I read in the manual that new Key FOBs' can be programed for my vehicle by a dealer. Since Chris has not responded to me I am requesting a new key FOB be programed and supplied to me as soon as possible. As I am sure you are aware the key FOB for this vehicle is necessary to start the car. There are two key FOB's supplied with the vehicle by the manufacturer as part of the sale. If I should lose or misplace the only key FOB that was supplied to me at the sale of the vehicle by Jenkins Chevrolet I would be unable to operate the car. I am asking the dealership (Jenkins Chevrolet) to replace the missing FOB. This will insure that if one goes missing I will still be able to operate the vehicle. Jenkins Chevrolet and there representative, Chris Dechent, have provided great service throughout this process and I have every reason to assume this service will be continued with this request.
