Never walked a foot into the dealership. Found car online and handled all transactions over the phone. They even delivered my car 2 hours away!! I told him what I wanted done, he checked out the tires, and plugged in the device that checks the system status. He went over everything with me including the price of each service item (to me some of it and plugged in the device that checks the system status.
