Keven is great, very professional! ! BUT something went wrong and my paperwork was misplaced, I got there are 2 pm and didn't leave until about 5:30 pm. I really wanted a check up & oi ! BUT something went wrong and my paperwork was misplaced, I got there are 2 pm and didn't leave until about 5:30 pm. I really wanted a check up & oil changed, when they found my paperwork it was late and my oil change was done at the last minute. No 20 point inspection or car wash. My tires were not checked either. Normally service is great but NOT Tuesday. Yes, my service was free but my piece of mind isn't. More

$72. 50 just to check the battery is robbery when you can go to auto zone and they will do it for free. Also the battery had a 42 month warranty and it was only 38 months and the dealer would not honor the warranty because the auto was out of its 36 month warranty More
