After making an appointment for a "I owe you" from the dealership, I showed up and was advised they had no one to work on my vehicle. My appointment was at 11am, not one person thought to call and cancel dealership, I showed up and was advised they had no one to work on my vehicle. My appointment was at 11am, not one person thought to call and cancel my appointment. I stesd I wasted an hour of my day driving there only to be told that. Had they took the 60 seconds to call me I wouldn't have made a fuss about it needing to be rescheduled. More
