I liked Larry and had no problem with him. He was friendly and had a good knowledge of the car I bought; however, I am having trouble getting answers to quite a few questions. I cannot get into the Buick app. I tried to call Larry ,and I discovered he was sick, but I never got any response after that. .The first time I tried I tried to put in the vin number. The one on my car and on the final papers matched, but the app did not like it. It sent me to a schematic of where to find the vin number, and It would not let me continue from there. ''I called about that but the problem was not was not resolved. I think this may be connected to the Buick app. I uninstalled the app and tried again . This time it had a problem with my email address. It said this email was already in use and to login with it. There was nowhere to go after that. That stopped all progress. In addition, the final sales process was very cumbersome and way too long, but the final phase of the actual sale was quite rushed and left me with more questions as the length of time on payment. I probably should have stopped there.. When I checked my paper work at home, the form about the credit union was missing. Now, my car tells me that I need to put a new battery into the key fob. I have only had the car two weeks+, so that seems impossible that no new battery was put into it before I bought it. I need to get these issues resolved. I would like an appointment to come to in for that purpose. I expect that will change my view of the dealership. Judy Zumwalt More

My 2018 Traverse was making rattling noises under the car and near the engine. Initial thought was exhaust or maybe transmission. After looking at it I was told it was a broken exhaust pipe that was not unde and near the engine. Initial thought was exhaust or maybe transmission. After looking at it I was told it was a broken exhaust pipe that was not under warranty and was back ordered. The cost for the pipe was $300 plus labor. I told them I would take care of it myself. Took it to a muffler shop and they showed me the entire exhaust system while the vehicle was up on the lift. No broken exhaust pipe only a broken hanger strap that nobody, especially an experienced mechanic, could have mistaken for a broken exhaust pipe. They welded the strap in 5 minutes for $20. Once again Jenkins Chevy in Crystal River has proven themselves to be liars and thieves only this time, they didn't get my money before I found them out. I have posted my experience on social media so everyone can know about how Jenkins treats their customers. Happy New Year. More
Extremely dishonest! I was shocked upon receiving paperwork from GM financial. Numbers were manipulated after I signed our financial agreement.
