Awful experience, they never fixed the car and they still charged. The car left worse than it was because they forgot to plug the ecm connector and the transmission, I had to figure it out at home after leav charged. I have to say this review is in response to a less than stellar review I had written after receiving service I felt fell short of first-rate service. I believe they will keep their eye on the ball in the future so as to ensure no follow up fixes are necessary. My service representative Brett was very thorough, fast and accommodating in getting a rental. As is typical of dealerships, your labor charge is vastly overpriced. There's no way you are paying your techs anywhere close to $165 per hour. Even if I use the 3 times multiplier used by consulting forms overpriced. There's no way you are paying your techs anywhere close to $165 per hour. Even if I use the 3 times multiplier used by consulting forms to determine hourly billing rates, there's no way possible you are paying your techs $55 per hour or $114,400 per year. Therefore, you overcharge the public. To add insult to injury, you wish me to pay for a water pump and all new hoses as well as paying for the actual problem, a leaky thermostat housing. That would be expensive enough but adding the xxxxxxxx charges took a $1,000 billing up to almost $2,500. Don't understand why people don't take their cars to dealerships? You shouldn't. I give you an average rating because you're no different than any other dealership service department. More
