You forced a 20% markup on the vehicle under the premise of useless "packages" that I did not want, until I protested, then lowered it to 13%, forcing me to eat it despite (again) not wanting it since I wan of useless "packages" that I did not want, until I protested, then lowered it to 13%, forcing me to eat it despite (again) not wanting it since I wanted the vehicle in a time frame they told me they could meet. More than one member if your staff promised me a car within a range of dates, by which my purchase was ultimately predicated, and then failed to meet that by 2 weeks. When a manager was requested during a call directly to your dealer, NOT your salesperson, you had your salesperson call me while sick, from home, instead of dignifying my concerns. Then when I visited your location, your sales manager proceeded to throw your staff member under the bus as if it was his fault your management didn't reach out to me, or dignify me like the paying customer I was; claiming that I shouldn't have been given a date, despite that two separate sales people offered me a date. So rather than take responsibility for the poor training as a member of management, you tossed your staff into the fry oil. Then to top it all off, you snuck in warranties & other coverages that I DID NOT ask for or agree to on my bill causing me to waste even more of my time driving 4 hours to your site to rectify that slimy act of subterfuge. The only saving grace was your salesperson - Your salesperson was awesome, I would gladly do business with him when he leaves your site. Count your stars you have someone as valuable and dedicated as him. Thank you, Cliff. Additionally, The dealer did not install any paint protection or any other accessories beyond the floor mats I received. I.E. on top of the entire mountain of customer dissatisfaction, subterfuge and frankly, attempted theft - Jenkins charged me $800 for a set of molded floor mats. As a final insult to my injury, I have yet to receive any communication from any top brass seeking to allay my concerns as was promised in the response to the aforementioned & linked above review . I will vociferously relay how awful your dealership is on every medium available to me. When people say they hate dealerships - I imagine this is why. More
