I met with Will Virella, he located the car that I wanted and subsequently bought. The car came from another dealer and when it arrived at Jenkins Will personally delivered the car to my house, his communic and subsequently bought. The car came from another dealer and when it arrived at Jenkins Will personally delivered the car to my house, his communication skills and product were exceptional, he went above and beyond to satisfy me and complete the sale, he is truly a credit to Jenkins Chevrolet. During the sale process I also met with Garrett Vybiral he also had exceptional knowledge in finance and vehicle purchasing, he took the time to thoroughly explain all the details buying the car. The sales woman I worked with came to agreement of which I signed stating I would be ok with a new car if it was through Suncoast. I was told once in person and once through text that it was through Suncoas I signed stating I would be ok with a new car if it was through Suncoast. I was told once in person and once through text that it was through Suncoast. It is in fact not through Suncoast. I signed stating I was fine only with Suncoast. I am extremely upset with dealership especially with other issues I've had in the past. I will be searching for action to take because that was technically a contract and it was broke. More
