I have worked with this dealership for a long time. I set up my appointments through the web site with Christian, your KIA service representative. When I came in Friday, I was greeted by Jon, since Christian up my appointments through the web site with Christian, your KIA service representative. When I came in Friday, I was greeted by Jon, since Christian was not in that day. Jon listened to what I wanted to have done with my car and took the coupons that KIA had mailed me. He updated me on my vehicle and Rose came on got me when it was complete. Rose is always cheerful and when I leave her area, I leave with a good feeling. These employees are great people. More
The staff at Acura have treated us like family for over 10 years. Always a pleasure to visit for service or just to talk!! Doug is a great mechanic who knows all of the Acura cars inside and out. I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was greeted with a smile and how may I help you. I stated the reason for my visit, Jon did the writeup for my and stated it would appointment time. I was greeted with a smile and how may I help you. I waited in the lounge about an half hour, Jon came in. He explain and gave me reward card. He said what it covered and how to use them. He said more information was on the website listed on the Card. My car was ready in the amount of time Jon stated. I like customer service I received. I will keep bringing my car for services More
After I was hit (12/28/10), I assumed I should take my car to where I had leased it. It seemed like the right decision. I began this process with Terri. After a couple days to have insurance (usaa)complet car to where I had leased it. It seemed like the right decision. I began this process with Terri. After a couple days to have insurance (usaa)complete an estimate, the body work was done. Then came the air bag and interior work which did not progress well over the next several weeks. I felt as though they had never worked on the Acuras and replacing air bags before my car. It was one thing after another from the car is being worked on, to not having the part and needing to order another part. I actually visited the dealer one day after work to look at the car and the entire inside seemed like it was ripped apart and gutted--and this was in the third week of being at the dealer!! At this point, I think they may have gotten the idea that I was begininng to question the level of service and quality. I called Eric Zettle to give him a piece of my mind since it was taking so long. He did help with the process. Jeffrey (body shop manager) contacted me with his apologizes and he gave me a free oil change for the delay. When the car was finally ready, I picked it up. After having for a day, I noticed that the passenger side visor was broken and not proeprly fixed. I also noticed a noticeable humming noise that was not present before. Jeffrey determined it was a bad hub rotor and said it would be replaced. I brought it in again and the visor needed to be ordered as well as the hub rotor. After fixing the visor and rotor, I took the car. That night I realized that none of the interior lights worked and again let Jeffrey know that maybe a fuse was blown but they needed to repair again. They picked the car up from work, fixed it and returned. I was a bit surprised that they didn't wash the car as that is customarily the case with repairs. But hey, I finally have my car back totally fixed as of Feb 23, 2011 (8 weeks after it was initially brought in to the dealership). I would say the work went from bad to better since they did finally get the car fixed properly. Thats my recent Jeffrey experience--so, am I being fair in my assessment above? During this entire process, they never once were able to provie a loaner car from Jeffrey giving excuse after excuse about availability, but did offer to pay for an enterprise rental car which was something at least...I turned down that offer and carpooled with my wife. Thank you for reading my story, and I hope future customers have a more pleasant and smoother experience. I know that air bags and the sensors are very tricky to repair, so I understand that it shouldn't take a couple days, but my goodness, this was a bit too much of a delay!!--I really think I wasn't being told the entire truth which was what really irked me in the first place. the staff is very friendly. Mr. johnston assisted me with my gas tank door.They did wash && vacuum my car which is always a plus to me. The sales person (Luigi Gjokaj) was so arrogant, putting so much of pressure on us. For some reason, our loan application at the bank was delayed by a day and the sales person thought we had some credit iss so much of pressure on us. For some reason, our loan application at the bank was delayed by a day and the sales person thought we had some credit issues. Even after we made the bank manager talk to him, he wouldn't believe it. He was yelling on phone and screaming if we don't pick up the car in 1 hour, we will have to let go of it. It was a horrible experience. If not for the car we had liked it so much, we would've walked away from the deal. I would never ever recommend the dealership and especially the sales person. More
