DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! !! Emily and Rick, Corey and Michael sold me a car that is mechanically not sound and is held together with duct tape and refused to take it back in t !! Emily and Rick, Corey and Michael sold me a car that is mechanically not sound and is held together with duct tape and refused to take it back in the 7 day exchange policy. The 7 day exchange is FRAUD to make you buy then they take it back. They said they would trade in the car for $13,000 when they sold me it only days before for $18,000. I have to file a civil complaint against them now. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They said it was fine at the service center and they would let their family member drive it while I cried and begged them to take it back because it’s unsafe. They said I was lying and just had buyers remorse, then of course the check engine light came on! I don’t think they even attempted to diagnose the issue! Also they had glued the panel on the back of the car and it popped off once I used the trunk, and it won’t go back on. I knew within 24 hours I didn’t want this unsafe, duct tape and glued car and they went from attempting to ignore me to attempting to gaslight me to straight up being cruel to me while I cried in their office.
