Serious decline in customer service I have been a customer of Jeffrey Honda for over 20 years and have had good experiences with both the sales and service staff. However, my last visit I have been a customer of Jeffrey Honda for over 20 years and have had good experiences with both the sales and service staff. However, my last visit to the dealership was so unpleasant I will never use it again. I had to return the car to correct the mistakes made by the service department. While I was there, one of the employees decided that the customers needed to know about his political views. I asked him to stop as the customer lounge was not the place for such a discussion and he told me that he could say whatever he pleased to a customer and that I had to put up with it or leave. Although I sent an email to the service manager to complain about the lack of quality care in the service department and the poor attitude of an employee, I did not receive a response. Apparently, failing to provide quality repair service and quality customer service is no longer a consideration for this dealership. Go elsewhere unless you want to pay for poor service. More
