Jeffrey Honda

Final Edit: I have had the car for a month this week. I have replaced the car battery($200.00), key fob batteries ($12.00), and replaced the push-button start ($400.00). The car battery after being stranded while out shopping and having to ask for a jump from a stranger. The push-button start on their recommendation as the vehicle was having challenges starting. I have been advised since the vehicle was sold as is (three weeks ago) I am on my own. Vehicle is running fine now, but after being stranded out shopping in the first month of ownership, it definitely creates trust issues and buyer's remorse. I wish Jeffrey well with their future endeavors, however, if I could do it over again, I would not select Jeffrey as my dealership. EDIT: I just posted this review with four stars and minutes after I receive a call to inform me there is outstanding service charges no one informed me about two weeks ago. This is on top of being charged for batteries for a key fob for my purchased used vehicle 5 minutes after signing. This is on top of having to remove corrosion from the battery because the car had starting issues, but was told there wouldn't be an issue because it had used car inspection before going up for sales. So if you would like to be nickel and dimed on a used vehicle, I recommend checking out Jeffrey Honda's used lot. :) This edit will be removed should there be a resolution. The heroes of my visit were the Jeffrey Honda Service Department and Sarah in the sales department who provided exemplary service on my visit. Service department delivered bad news in a clear and empathetic way while Sarah worked with my finances to get me into a used vehicle quickly. I can be a bundle of nerves when it comes to spending money, however, I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness which made me confident I was making a good decision. I did work with Rick in sales who provided mixed information on sales price and neutral service interactions. I was advised the price was fixed and could not be lowered because it was the best in town, however, when I took the vehicle for a test drive it was advertised as a different lower price then what Rick told me the dealership could go. In the end I received the lower price, however, he was not thrilled about this and I was not thrilled about being treated like a number. So we both lose? More
