I have had my Acura for many years and serviced it at a couple of other dealerships during that time, but my experience with Jeffrey Acura Service Department has been the BEST ever!!! What happened to Matt in the service department? One of the reasons I come to Jeffrey Acura was based on his customer service. I stopped in today and was told he abruptly quit due to the mental an One of the reasons I come to Jeffrey Acura was based on his customer service. I stopped in today and was told he abruptly quit due to the mental and physical toll the job was taking on him. The remaining service tech, Brian, has been working the last seven weeks with no assistance. Please value your employees. Both of these guys are hard working and make the experience positive. I was disappointed to hear a long term employee quit. More
