Since my purchase, he has been 100% available to answer questions and see that my contact with Superior’s service people has been very easy. Summary: I’ve always disliked buying cars, but with Steve, it was a pleasure. My customer satisfaction? 100%! Thank you Superior. Thank you, Steve. More
Frictionless - a very easy and plesent car buying experience I worked with Steve Kaplan and it was my most plesent car buying expierence to date. My friends recommended Superior Honda, so I used them as my default dealer in my web searches and pricing. After deciding on a Honda CR-V, I requested a test drive and the internet sales rep set me up with Steve. I went to the dealership on a busy Saturday and he took me on a good test drive, explained all the features of the car and gave me a quote all in a little over an hour. I told Steve I wasn’t ready to buy, but would be back in touch in about a month. He gave me his card and personal cell phone and told me to call when I was ready. One month later I was ready to buy; I called Steve on his day off, he had a firm out the door price to me the next day, and I went to the dealership at 3:30 pm. I told Steve I had an appointment at 5:15 and needed to leave at 4:45, could we do it? Steve made it happen. We negotiated a fair price for my trade in, got the paperwork done (great job as well by Ray, the F&I guy) and I drove my new CR-V off the lot at 4:45 pm! More

Treated me like family! I bought my first car from Superior Honda last December (2017.) Before that I’d been leasing a Toyota. My experience with this dealership and with Doug Coomer guarantees that I will be a Honda person for life. From the very start, Doug (and the rest of the team at Superior Honda) was extremely straight-forward and courteous. He didn’t push any gimmicks, he was very friendly, and didn’t try to rush me into anything. I had a lot of questions regarding owning a car, maintenance, and financing – Doug took his time to answer each question in full. He was thorough and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Not only that but they were able to get me my dream car in the very color I wanted. I had been talking to another Honda dealership and they told me that there was no way the type of car I wanted was available in the color I wanted. He even went so far as to say that Doug and his team was lying to me. Well, not only did Superior Honda deliver the car I wanted, in the color I wanted – they also gave me an amazing deal on the price and ridiculously low rates on the Financing (my bank was shocked they couldn’t match.) Working with Doug through the whole process was a great experience. It was like I was talking to a family member who had my best interest at heart. After the purchase, he called to follow-up twice to make sure everything was working out fine. Thanks so much Doug and thank you Superior Honda! I love my car! More

I called and spoke with her and had a sales sheet of what another dealer quoted me we discussed and she said they could match it. I showed up they didnt have the vehicle they had on their website but said she could find the same vehicle and she was bent on me giving her a deposit of 500 to hold a vehicle that she hadn't located yet and couldn't provide a worksheet of the vehicle requested with all the pricing details included. When I simply asked her a few questions about the vehicle she was thoroughly confused and said I'm just not with it today! Absolutely clueless and unprofessional! Liz is a prime example of why car sales people get the reputation of crooked snakes!! More

And she let me use her personal demo car so that I didn't have to sit at the dealership and wait for the service to be performed. She made experience painless and quick, and I appreciated her customer service skills which included calling to follow up even weeks afer I purchased the car. Well done!! More
