I was an internet sale. I told Cheri what I was looking for in a car. Her response was not "we have one and come on down and see it. Then, when I stopped by Jeff Wyler, I worked with Ben Webster (Cheri's manager....Cheri was on vacation). I gave him my offer on the car and he accepted it on the spot....no haggling, no talk of finance, no talk of trade-ins. It was a great, smooth transaction. I felt like Ben & Cheri serviced me positively (not like every other Kia dealership I went to in the Central Ohio area). I found myself in a bind when my 2002 Mustang suddenly died. It was a Thursday night and I couldn't contact anyone at my regular dealership. With this car being my only transportation, it was vital that it get back in working condtion as soon as possible. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone with a smile and enthusiastic "Good morning - how can we help you today!". The service manager immediately took my information and got a technician working on my car straight away. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly, fixed it, and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Because of this experience, I will return there to have routine maintenance performed, even though they are not a Ford dealership and are a bit further of a drive. The people, service, and value make it worth the trip there! More
