Best car buying experience ever! I've been searching for cars online for about 8 months and dreading going to a dealership to look at anything I found interesting. The thought of walking into a lot and dealing with a sales person was too much of a hassle so I stayed clear. It became apparent I really needed to do a trade and found a couple of cars online then sent an email with interest. Rosalind responded quickly, but never hassled or pressured me with ongoing emails. My experience with other dealers is at least 3 emails a day and not taking no for an answer. I made an appointment with Rosalind the next day but was uncertain of my commitment to buy since I wasn't driving the car I wanted to trade. I also told her I didn't have the documents that she would need to do a trade and she was so friendly and laid back and said it was no problem if I didn't have them. I showed up prepared not to buy, but she was so patient and listened to what I was looking for. We tested a few cars, but she knew exactly what I was needing based on my commute and things that were important to me. My time there was incredible and she made my experience SO EASY and painless. The entire team that I worked with was fantastic, but if it weren't for her , I probably wouldn't have given anyone a chance to sell me. I will never buy a car from anyone else. She is the best and I highly recommend her!!! More

We cannot say enough positive things about this knowledgeable, accommodating, no-nonsense sales woman! Having been dedicated Ford owners for many years, Nissan should give Rosalind a week in the Bahamas for converting the ford-buyers. Later when I had finalized the car and was price shopping I worked with Tom and explained to him my price range and what configuration I was looking at. I was surprised to receive a call from them two days later to tell me that they found the car I wanted. This won me over and I signed the papers that day. My experience with the team has been excellent and I would urge anyone looking to buy a Nissan car to give them a chance. I got a good deal on the car I wanted. Hoping you get the same. More
