Both Good and Bad We recently purchased a car from this dealership. Our first visit to test drive the vehicle was a wonderful experience with a wonderful salesman, and We recently purchased a car from this dealership. Our first visit to test drive the vehicle was a wonderful experience with a wonderful salesman, and it was one of the main reasons we came back to purchase the vehicle two days later. However, when we returned for the second visit, we were told our original salesman was busy and could not work with us, so we ended up purchasing the vehicle with a different salesman. The second salesman seemed very impatient with us, seemed to push at us, and made us feel rather dumb and intimidated with any questions we asked or any "extras" we chose not to purchase. Admittedly, we were likely rather frustrating customers in that we were in an unexpected situation with our previous car being recently totaled due to a car accident that was not our fault and we needed to purchase a new vehicle in less than a week, which we were already nervous about because we did not have as much time as we would have liked to do our own thorough research before going in to purchase a new car. So we do understand how we could have frustrated our salesman during the purchasing process; however, we feel as though interpersonal skills are an important quality in sales, and he could have reacted to us in a way where we would have been more comfortable, and his experience and our experience could have been better all around. When we returned to pick up the car the next day, we felt very unappreciated and like they could not wait to be done with us. We do feel as though we purchased a great car at a great price, but we most likely will not return to purchase future vehicles from this dealership. More

Stellar car buying experience!!! My husband and I had the best car-buying experience EVER at Jeff Wyler Nissan in St. Matthews. Bruce was the best salesman Ever! He didn't pressure u My husband and I had the best car-buying experience EVER at Jeff Wyler Nissan in St. Matthews. Bruce was the best salesman Ever! He didn't pressure us, just gave us all the information about the Murano styles, efficiently and effectively. He was excellent!! Danny was stellar at staying connected to us by email and seeing that our needs were met. And Tony made me laugh and kept trying to make us happy with the price (and DID)!!! The finance man (I forgot his name) made that part easy and quick with his friendly demeanor. Each person we dealt with made us feel like we were joining their family. There were no good cop/bad cop (good salesman/bad manager) routines (like with our many other car purchases) that exhaust the car buyer. The people at JW Nissan just wanted us happy and our needs met. Thank you, Bruce, Danny, Tony, and $$ Man! We love, love, love our Murano! And we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your dealership! Good experience, and only took 3 hours! My Sales Person Ros Grant, was very personable, and easy to work with! She found the car I wanted quickly, and helped negotiate an ok deal. I had been looking at car options to replace my 2007 Altima, and Despite it's condition, they gave me an ok trade in value, with very little fuss!! Ros did a nice job introducing me to all the features of my new Altima, had it cleaned up quickly and thouroughly, and moved the paperwork along about as quickly as I've ever experienced in a car buying experience! The business Manager was very very nice as well, and got us a great loan rate! Despite car buying being second to a visit to the dentist, as dreaded tasks....this one was pretty painless!!! More
