Feel free to reach out! Well let’s see I definitely did! On January 23rd, 2025 when this rebuild engine now doesn’t work and is sitting at another dealership because you told me. Your words don’t ever come back here again! We don’t have anything to drive we are now again sitting in limbo with a brand new car that doesn’t work! Because your dealership has installed an engine that has been not functioning since it was returned to us in November 2024. Please stop acting as if you’re being polite and nice! You also sent me an insurance contact on the new engine that doesn’t even cover the engine! You’re a real slick sneaky and rude person that treats people who have no place to go, who are reaching out for help and people like you just make their world worse than it has to be! The business your are in is customer service unfortunately you don’t know how to do that nor do any of your personal under your management know how it works! No communication no calls no emails for 5 half month you had my 2023 Nissan Rouge 24k miles on it that we barely drove owing 32k. So yes I’ll feel free to respond!

We are very disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at our dealership, especially considering the significant efforts our team made to assist you during this challenging situation. While major vehicle repairs—especially those requiring parts that are on national backorder—are never ideal, we did everything in our power to minimize the inconvenience for you. We provided a loaner vehicle at no cost to you for several months, which is not a requirement but something we do to help our customers during lengthy repairs. When you requested a larger vehicle, we accommodated your request. We kept in communication with you throughout the process and followed up regularly to ensure you were informed about the status of your vehicle. We understand that waiting for a major repair can be frustrating, but there was nothing more we could have done to make the situation less stressful. While we appreciate all feedback, we also recognize that sometimes, despite our best efforts, we cannot meet every customer’s expectations. We wish you the best with your vehicle and at your next dealership.
