Jason Markley and crew were very helpful I arrived at the dealership knowing exactly what car and options I wanted and around what amount I wanted to pay per month. I was able to get the dea I arrived at the dealership knowing exactly what car and options I wanted and around what amount I wanted to pay per month. I was able to get the deal done is a relatively short time frame (a few hours) and everyone has been very helpful since then. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Also this is the only dealership that bothered to stock the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with the premium package (dual moonroof, better navigation system, and infinity audio system) in the Cincinnati area. I am thankful that at least one dealership was cognizant of people's desire to have these features and present automobiles that were equipped to meet that need. Thanks again! More

Superior Hyundai North did not deserve to get my money! My sales associate did a pretty good job but the used car sales manager, Jared, was downright rude and told me I am the kind of customer that gives de My sales associate did a pretty good job but the used car sales manager, Jared, was downright rude and told me I am the kind of customer that gives dealerships a bad reputation. They offered me 1800.00 on my trade in and did not conduct a thorough appraisal of my trade-in vehicle. They failed to run the VIN # and blamed me for their huge mistake. Mr. Dean lacks customer service skills when it comes to presenting the paper work to close the sale. He wanted me to believe that he has many years of sales experience and later I learned that he has 6 months of experience. I spent a total of 11 hours at the dealership just to purchase my car, way too much time and I still do not understand why I waited so long. The employees who were helpful were Mitch and Karen. The General Manager, Mr. Greg Butt seemed concerned about the inappropriate treatment I received from Jared but in the end, he never addressed my concern. I suggested that Jared attend anger management classes and lose his job if he could not figure out how to be polite to future customers. If they paid attention to my suggestion they failed to tell me. I love my 2016 Elantra and am glad I bought local but this dealership will never get my business again when I am ready to purchase another car. Marlene Rork More
