Not willing to come down on pricing and made up some excuse not to return phone calls or use outside financing. Kept sending emails about price being reduced on vechile but only came down a hundred at a time. Not worth talking to someone over such a little reduction. Also, when an offer was made, no counter offer was made back. My opinion is people are over paying for vehicles because they're not doing proper research. Since no vehicle over 100k miles is worth close to 20k when KBB trade in value at most is 16k to 19k and you know no dealership ever gives anyone what the estimated trade in value is. More
Service department is an absolute nightmare. You can never get ahold of anyone. Made an appointment and took my car in for a repair. After two hours they tell me it is fixed and I head to work. Stupid me, I didn't check. Get to work and find out the trunk release is not fixed. After two hours they tell me it is fixed and I head to work. Stupid me, I didn't check. Get to work and find out the trunk release is not fixed. I turn around and go right back to the dealership. I show the service person that it still does not work and ask what was even done? After another hour the service person comes out and says it is the antenna that needs replaced. I say okay fix it, at which point he says its $300, and I inform him it is not since the car was bought there and is under the manufacturer's warranty. He says he will have to check to see if the part is covered. I explain it is under warranty, because 100% of the car is under warranty and he says he will check. Of course, after another 20 minutes he comes back and agrees it is under the manufactures warranty, but they don't have the part and will have to order it and he isn't sure how long it will take. Three weeks later I have heard nothing, so I try calling them the last few days and no matter the time of the day the message says they are closed and will open at 7:30am. Every time I get a person in the dealership, they transfer me to a number where the recording says that person is not available and to leave a message. Just this morning I have called three times and even though it is 8:30 on a Thursdays morning the message says they are closed and the one time I was transferred by their admin directly to a service supervisor the call went to a voice mail once again. They want you to schedule an appointment online, but I can't get anyone to even confirm the part is in. The service department is seriously lacking. More
They had my vehicle for over a month and never looked at it or diagnosed the problem. I ended up picking it up and taking it to another repair shop who had it diagnosed and repaired within 5 hours. I called many times and left voicemails but never received a response. I even went back after 3 weeks to talk in person and was assured that it would be looked at that week which did not happen. Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs! If I could give zero stars I would. More

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek was such a wonderful dealership when it was Hidy Hyundai. Not so much today. Service is understaffed and probably underskilled. I brought my Santa Fe in for the appoin dealership when it was Hidy Hyundai. Not so much today. Service is understaffed and probably underskilled. I brought my Santa Fe in for the appointed time for a "two hour" maintenance and repair. Two hours became two and a half hours which became five hours. Left the vehicle overnight, and the work still wasn't done. And forget trying to call there. The Irony is I'm on schedule to buy a new Santa Fe next year, but it certainly won't be there. I won't be back. More
