I'm sure it's the same everywhere else. However at Jeff wyler we were told, only at the end of signing papers that there would be $1,800 of "required" add-ons. When I denied the add-ons the salesman came back and told us they already installed the add-ons. They tried to charge us for features the car already had upon negotiating. Considering it was "used as-is" left me with the impression that they're dishonestly and artificially raising the price of the car. All part of the game I guess until the FTC stops this kind of nonsense. More
