Previous purchases of vehicles have been a laborious, anxiety filled experience, often leaving me with a feeling of regret or wondering if I purchased the right vehicle for the price I paid. This experience was totally different. I felt good and satisfied from scheduling my initial test drive, walking in, meeting and talking to the salesman, rescheduling another test drive, and working on the financing. When I pulled into my garage at home with my new car, I felt very satisfied with my decision. I'm hoping the performance of the car continues to live up to my expectations. More

My process took six months, and I worked with Glen Bell from beginning to end. He was beyond helpful, finding me the car I wanted, with the options and color that I was looking for. Everyone there was professional and helpful throughout our experience. We actually ended up buying the last 2016 hybrid, that had sustained wiring harness damage in the parking lot. We were assured that the vehicle would be put back to new condition and everything would be perfect. When we picked up the vehicle they lived up to their assurances and we have been extremely pleased with our new car. Thanks to everyone involved in this experience. More
Emergency Car Purchase I was visiting the area and I had a vehicle emergency. My car had an electrical failure and was stranded. I was provided a rental car quickly and was in need of a car for a return trip. Being in that position, I was treated well and was able to make a deal quickly. I feel my deal was expedited by the dealer and I was treated well considering I had few options. Thank them for their help. More
Terrible experience Went in to buy two new cars. They offered well below the book value for trade in and claimed it was based on the NADA value. We looked it up on the Went in to buy two new cars. They did not offer discounts published on their website despite the fact that we asked about them repeatedly. They went back to "see what they could do" after the first terrible offer and actually came back with a higher price! They refused to explain why the price was higher the second time and when we said it was not acceptable the "finance manager" stormed off. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They had not given us our car keys back yet so we had to go back to the office and demand our keys. Terrible experience. More

Damage to my new car I left my car for the protective coating and the drivers side fender clear coat was curled in two spots. Showed sales man that and two scratches one I left my car for the protective coating and the drivers side fender clear coat was curled in two spots. Showed sales man that and two scratches one on trunk and one on passenger door. Advised to bring in on a Thursday there expert paint man would take care of them. Husband brought car in the paint guy sat in the parking lot took a brush painted on a blue that did not match my car and was two lines that were not even with the body of the car. the scratches were not touched. I called asked for the owner or the Sales manager spoke to sales manager he told me bring it in I will make it right. I take it right back no one is there to help me but a sales man that had no clue he said he was told to give me a car that's all he knew. I was upset that the sales manager did not come out to see me I was there in 25 min after the call. I waited till Friday to send a message to the sales man Justin whom sold me the car, to see when my car would be odne they had it 5 days. He didn't even know it was there the sales manager had not done anything with my car. Justin went to him and said we need to get this fixed or shes taking her old car back shes not happy again. It was ready in 3 days went in the marks were gone on the side panel scratches were not removed or buffed out. I took the car home. Then today 07/05/2016 I receive a letter from Santaner my old car loan asking me to complete a paper to put the veh back in my name lleft a message at the dealer and no response today as to what the xxxx is going on. I am still about to go back and change back to my car and go to another dealer. THis has been a joke More
Poor Sales Service This dealership is only a few miles from my house and I really like the Hyundai products. I took a test drive with Michael Toner and he was friendly and knowledgeable. At the time, I was still deciding on a few different brands. After the test drive, I started communicating with Michael through e-mail, trying to get pricing detail ahead of going into dealership for a purchase. This was met with resistance. They did not have the exact vehicle I wanted so I searched the region and found a few. This was met with resistance. I spoke to the sales manager, Rob Osborn, and was basically told that If they had to go get a car, then I would not get as good of a deal. I found, (me, not dealer) an acceptable model at one of their sister dealerships. I went into the dealership to get final pricing and an estimate on my trade. My wife and I sat in the dealership for an hour waiting for an estimate. We had to leave so I let Rob know and asked that he e-mail the the numbers. He stated he was almost done with them and that he would send the estimate. I sent 2 e-mails the following day but never received a response. I never received any estimate in writing, trade or new vehicle. This all took place over 2 weeks and 10 e-mails. I tried to work with them, but they really did not seem interested in working with me. A week later, I own a new Hyundai from a Voss Hyundai. They found exactly what I was looking for about 200 miles away. I got a written estimate on the trade and purchase and they stuck to it. More
