Misdiagnosed a problem with my car On October 12, 2018, I took my Hyundai Azera to Superior Hyundai, Beavercreek, Ohio to have them diagnose an electrical problem. The problem, as stat On October 12, 2018, I took my Hyundai Azera to Superior Hyundai, Beavercreek, Ohio to have them diagnose an electrical problem. The problem, as stated to the service advisor in writing, was “HVAC blower and lights momentarily cutout as engine speed decreases through 1000 rpm.” After checking out the vehicle, the service advisor told me the problem was caused by a faulty alternator that needed to be replaced. They also informed of several other recommended service items that were not directly related to the electrical problem. I paid $118.82 for the diagnostic service. After replacing the alternator myself, I found the problem with the HVAC blower and lights cutting out as the engine speed decreased through 1000 rpm had not been fixed. I then spent some time to diagnose the problem myself and quickly discovered that the engine ground was weak. I repaired the problem by attaching a new ground wire from the engine to the chassis. Cost of the repair for the actual problem was less than $10.00. On 11/23/2018, I spoke to Anthony, Service Manager, at Superior Hyundai, to request a refund of the diagnostic fee since they did not actually diagnose the problem as I had requested. Anthony refused to refund the diagnostic fee. I feel that I am entitled to a refund because I paid Superior Hyundai $118.82 to diagnose the cause of a specific problem, which they failed to do. More

I recently took my brother here to buy a used car. They are now under new management and all new salesman. We told the salesman to only run credit through Wright Patt Credit union. We sat there for an hour after making a deal with no word from anyone. No one told us what was going on or what the hold up was in the process. I finally went to ask and was told by the General Manager they were waiting on credit because It was declined through WPCU. I said they already approved him. GM said he was running through another bank. I said Well you shouldn’t be because I told the salesman to only run through WPCU. GM said he wasn’t told that. Also wanted my brother to sign something because he said they had to run credit for the dealer. I didn’t believe him. My brother checked his credit report today and they ran his credit through several banks and lied to our faces about it. I will not even take my care here for service anymore. More

Great sales experience, terrible after sales experience. Purchased a “new 2017 Tucson” 2 weeks ago with an aftermarket sunroof already installed. While the sales experience was fantastic, the after sales exp Purchased a “new 2017 Tucson” 2 weeks ago with an aftermarket sunroof already installed. While the sales experience was fantastic, the after sales experience has not. I’ve had the vehicle back 4 times to have problems fixed with the sunroof the dealership installed before my purchase. The dealership claims “their hands are tied” with being able to switch out the vehicle, even though it is not yet titled. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you have any concerns of being misled or deceived. The situation has now been escalated to Hyundai after the sales managers and GM have “done all they could” FYI, if you purchase a vehicle with an aftermarket sunroof, expect the following: -A missing rear dome light (this has been fixed) -visible gaps in the seal on the outside of the vehicle (this has been fixed) -sunroof drain tubes preventing seatbelts from retracting properly (this has been fixed) -fabric of the headliner not attached in many places. -“a” pillar trim pieces to become unattached multiple times due to incorrect installation -an excuse that a “bad technician” installed the sunroof. I can’t say for sure that you will have a similar experience, but as that’s what my experience has been, I wouldn’t take the chance. None of these should have been my problem. I did all I could to allow the dealership to make this right, and they have refused to do so (they’ve attempted to send the vehicle back for repeated repairs, but have not allowed the ultimate solution I am looking for to be a happy, satisfied customer). Thank you! I got my car here this year. And after realizing my tires needed realigned they discovered I needed 2 of my tires replaced because of threatening knot I got my car here this year. I was very reluctant to even go back until my wife said she met Jorel and I had to go back. Boy was she right! Jorel Gaddis was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure all of our questions were answered and was on top of all the little details which made our experience amazing. We are so glad we were able to work with him and rave about him and the dealership to everyone we know. More
