Jordan Brown was my Service Advisor at Jeff Wyler on Colerain ave. Brought my car in because of grinding noise coming from the front when turning. Technician diagnosed issue with both inner tie rods. During the inspection, Kevin the technician, also found an issue with the lower ball joint on the passenger side. Both inner tie rods and ball joint were replaced and everything has been repaired. Jordan and Kevin sent videos to my phone showing exactly what needed to be done which was very helpful. Jordan kept me informed as to what was happening throughout the repair process. Everything went very smoothly and I’m very happy with the service and work performed on my car. Send my thanks to Jordan and Kevin. More

As long as Jordan in service department is around to take care of my service needs I’m ok Was disappointed to have been advised that I would be required to pay over 100.00 for an oil change. Was told auto w care of my service needs I’m ok Was disappointed to have been advised that I would be required to pay over 100.00 for an oil change. Was told auto was guaranteed bumper to bumper for 36,000 miles. Van had 15,000 miles on it and only received one change on warranty . Very poor information received at time of purchase, which I consider dishonest just to make a sale. This is the third Honda I have purchased from Wyler sine 2017. SHAME ON JEFF WYLER More
