My husband and I were in the market for a small SUV. After taking test drives and comparing notes on Mazda, Saturn, Toyota, and VW, we found the best fit with the Honda CRV. Our sales associate, Geneva, did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing pertinent information regarding our intent of purchase. The entire sales staff worked expeditiously to complete our purchase. Geneva called within a few days to check on us and inquire of how things were going with the new vehicle. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Katie knew we were coming in and she greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome and relaxed. I felt like Katie and the rest of her team were very honest with me from the get go. Her and Rich worked hard to get where I wanted to be with the price of the car. The customer service was excellent. To many times we go out and the customer service is awful. Not here. They took excellent care of us from start to finish. I have been going to Jeff Wyler since I purchased by first Honda Odyssey. Service and management have always been very professional and friendly. My 2003 van was recently stolen and badly damaged when r first Honda Odyssey. Service and management have always been very professional and friendly. We emailed Marty about a 2009 CRV which we were interested in. He responded very quickly and met the price that we had requested. When we called to schedule and appointment to view and probably p interested in. He responded very quickly and met the price that we had requested. At that time, he said he could not honor the price on a 2009. We then declined the offer. However, he called us back within minutes to confirm that they could indeed stand by their original price. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for us to inspect. We then went ahead and purchased the car with no problems. It was an easy and smooth transaction. Marty was quite delightful to deal with and he seemed more like a friend that a car salesperson. We would definitely recommend him and Jeff Wyler to our family and friends. They made buying a car painless (especially since we are in a rut and continue to buy Honda's.) More
I looked at dealership all around greater Cincinnati. Charley called me, I told her what I was looking for in a used car. She asked if would be interested in a new car. I asked her what the price of a Charley called me, I told her what I was looking for in a used car. She asked if would be interested in a new car. I asked her what the price of a 2008 Civic would be. The price she quoted me was $1,200 less that used cars I had seen at other dealers. My wife and I went to Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain to drive a Civic. We were pleased with it. I told Charley what color I wanted. They did not have the color at wanted at their store, but Charley said she could check with other dealers to see if she could find one. She suggested that we do the paperwork and, if she found what we wanted, that would be done. As we were doing the paper work she came in and said she had some good news. The Jeff Wyler Honda Florence had the color of Civic we wanted. That was on a Thursday. On Friday they brought the car to Colerain and on Saturday we picked it up. Charley is the only sales person of all of the dealerships I visted who took the time and effort to find what we wanted, and at a good price. We are very pleased with Charley and the way things were handled with our purchase at Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain. More
I had my Honda Accord serviced at this location on last Friday. I really appreciated the welcoming attitude, I felt that my business was wanted and appreciated. My service advisor Matthew Bergelt appeared Friday. I really appreciated the welcoming attitude, I felt that my business was wanted and appreciated. My service advisor Matthew Bergelt appeared very knowledgable and explained to me in a way that I could understand what problem I was having with my car. My wait wasn't long and very comfortable. I really liked sitting in the lounge area and watching television. I was pleased to speak with Geneva Carr during my visit.
