Everything is great. This is my second car from this dealership. The only thing is the Price on the new lease is a bit pricey! Considering I lost my job and had to find new employment, which I did... I have fallen behind and am struggling to catch up. Honda is working with me on the payments and it will be caught up shortly! I only wish the lease payment could go down a bit. I definitely want to keep with Honda considering the cars and service is exceptional.... And I am so sorry I cannot remember my dealer salesman's name!!! More
I have dealt with most all the service people you have working there in the service center. I have never had to blow my horn to get someone to raise the door. They are always friendly and nice. Normally the turn around time on getting the oil changed and tire rotation has been very quick. As of my last visit this is all I have had to have done. I went to look at new CR-Vs in Colerain Honda's lot. I dealt with a dealer, which I do not remember his name, that was knowledgeable with the vehicle but was not cooperative. When talking about the price dealt with a dealer, which I do not remember his name, that was knowledgeable with the vehicle but was not cooperative. When talking about the price and purchase, he would not give me any payment options and basically told me that I did not know what I was doing and I should come back when I could afford a vehicle from Honda. I think he was trying to get us out of there so he could play football with the other dealers in the store plus I'm a young woman so it was easy for him to talk down to me. After that experience, I will never go back to Honda, at least not the Colerain dealership, and will not purchase a vehicle from there. I have decided to go with Toyota instead because they were at least friendly and cooperative. More

One evening the family and I stopped by Jeff Wyler Honda just to see about a van. You know, we just wanted to see things, we were "just checking". Although Jeff Wyler could not give me the trade in value I needed to pay-off my other vehicle they worked with me on the whole deal. (It was not their fault my Chevy and Ford had lost so so much value in this crazy economic time.) In the end I got exactly what I needed and Jeff Wyler Honda was excellent. A few weeks later when my wife heard a strange noise from under the van we took it straight over and they checked it out at no cost and in like 20 minutes we were out of there. (She had ran over a tree limb- no damage.) I like my Honda. More

A great personality, knowledge of product and willingness to go that extra mile convinced me that I was at the right dealership and would recommend them to anyone who asked. The service has been very professional and convenient. Every time that I have called about an oil change I was able to have it done that day. The staff have always been friendly and attentive. I realize that it may cause cost overruns or slow down service for other customers, so I would understand why the free car wash doesn't include drying the car but this would be one way that service could be improved. I really appreciate the gesture, but it just kind of feels have done when your car is still wet and then by the time you get home there is dry water marks all over the car. Otherwise service has been great. I could use two other Honda Dealerships which are closer to my home but I still have been using your service department. your service room looks neater and cleaner than any of the other Honda service departments that I have seen I was really impressed how much better it looks compared to before the remodeling. My experience as a business owner causes me to critique others businesses either for ideas of operating practices which are successful or for signs of poor service. When a receive poor service rarely will I continue to patronize that business and when I receive great service I use their services whenever needed. It just doesn't make sense to me to spend my money for bad service when I could just go somewhere else and receive great service. More
