I have dreaded and always have dreaded purchasing a new car. That is probably the reason I keep my cars 9-10 years. I researched the cars I was interested in for approx. 6 mos. and still procrastinated vis car. That is probably the reason I keep my cars 9-10 years. The internet option was extremely helpful for someone like me(limited time and still leary). My experience was very pleasant. I suspect TJ knew more about the CRV than the guy that built it. I phoned on June 26th to Honda to talk about leasing/buying a new car. They told me to come and test drive and take it home for the weekend. I worked with Katie on a price, she was very thorough and answered all my questions. I bought the car on June 29th and I am a very happy client. This is my first Honda and I am very pleased. So is my family. The crew at Honda is exceptionally helpful and they give of their time, they never make you feel awkward or try to pressure you. Had a great experience. Charley worked with us and got the car we wanted without giving push back. She not only took care of us, making sure we knew how to work the navi and bluetooth but she also took ca the car we wanted without giving push back.
