I have dreaded and always have dreaded purchasing a new car. That is probably the reason I keep my cars 9-10 years. I researched the cars I was interested in for approx. 6 mos. and still procrastinated visiting the dealerships. The internet option was extremely helpful for someone like me(limited time and still leary). My experience was very pleasant. I suspect TJ knew more about the CRV than the guy that built it. Ron in Finance was very thorough and explained every detail in detail. Perhaps I won't wait another 9-10 years and I certainly will visit and recommend this dealership. Kathy K More
T.J. was the reason I drove 30 miles to colerain. He was helpful from the first phone call. He E-mailed his offer which was very helpful. Their were a couple of dealerships that wouldn't even take the time to E-mail their offer. They just said to come out and we'll take care of you. Most buyer's want the offer in their hand's. He has very good customer service skill's and knows the product. Also I was impressed with what a good listener he was. For a young person he seemed very experienced. He made the whole buying experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend T.J. and colerain to everyone. You guy's did a great job. More
I came to the dealership because they sent out a mailer about a giveaway they had going on. I also was interested in upgrading my wife's 98 Civic to a late-model CR-V or Rav4. Because I walked in with a mailer, I was ushered to one of the people who were handling the bank liquidation sale. After around 30 minutes of talking with him, I informed him that I WAS NOT buying that day, but was interested in at least seeing what he had in a mini SUV. Eventually, I was ushered to the door and told "There's alot out there! Go check them out!" and he turned around and talked to the next person who walked in. I wasn't interested in wandering around the lot, but I did anyway as it appeared that I wasn't getting help from anyone else. I found a Rav4 I was interested in, but it did not have any information (price, model, etc) anywhere on the car. I had previously purchased from this dealer, so I went in to ask for the person I purchased from last time. I was told by a random employee of the dealership that he did not work there anymore, but because he was with someone else, I should go ask one of the two employees that were standing outside of the doors for help. Help is NOT what I received. The two employees were literally doing NOTHING when I asked one of them for information on trading in my car and what the purchase price of the Rav4 was. The response I got was one of utter disgust. That I would bother them to give me some information about a car on their lot seemed to just revolt these men. AL SANDERS was nice enough to bring me to a desk and use kelly blue book to find the general price of that model Rav4 & to appraise my car for trade in. His responses could not have been more minimalist however. I will not be returning to this dealership again. If I were in Al's shoes, I would have taken the opportunity to politely answer a few simple questions in order to build rapport with a customer who was going to be purchasing in the future. Now this customer will be taking his business to another dealership. More
The overall experience at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain was excellent! Geneva was the most knowledgible and enthusiastic sales associate I have ever dealt with, when purchasing a car. My sales person was very nice - I returned back to the dealership and purchased a 2010 Honda Accord. Geneva Carr, took the time to explain to me where the controls were located in this vehicle. I phoned on June 26th to Honda to talk about leasing/buying a new car. They told me to come and test drive and take it home for the weekend. I took out a Civic LX and fell in love with the car leasing/buying a new car. They told me to come and test drive and take it home for the weekend. I took out a Civic LX and fell in love with the car and the people. Charley helped me from the get go, set me up with the car and periodically called to check to see if I had any questions or needed anything. I worked with Katie on a price, she was very thorough and answered all my questions. I bought the car on June 29th and I am a very happy client. This is my first Honda and I am very pleased. So is my family. The crew at Honda is exceptionally helpful and they give of their time, they never make you feel awkward or try to pressure you. I had a great first experience at Honda with Charley and Katie and I recommend that if you are out shopping for a new/used car, check out Honda, Colerain, very nice people. More
Charley was wonderful to work with. I know we gave her a hard time, but she was always smiling and keep working with us. Had a great experience. Charley worked with us and got the car we wanted without giving push back. She not only took care of us, making sure we knew how to work the navi and bluetooth but she also took ca the car we wanted without giving push back. She not only took care of us, making sure we knew how to work the navi and bluetooth but she also took care of our kids with lolipops, which kept them busy. Financing was fast and easy and Hank was very personable. Will definatly recommend and come back. More
