Jordan Brown was my Service Advisor at Jeff Wyler on Colerain ave. Brought my car in because of grinding noise coming from the front when turning. Technician diagnosed issue with both inner tie rods. Colerain ave. Brought my car in because of grinding noise coming from the front when turning. Technician diagnosed issue with both inner tie rods. During the inspection, Kevin the technician, also found an issue with the lower ball joint on the passenger side. Both inner tie rods and ball joint were replaced and everything has been repaired. Jordan and Kevin sent videos to my phone showing exactly what needed to be done which was very helpful. Jordan kept me informed as to what was happening throughout the repair process. Everything went very smoothly and I’m very happy with the service and work performed on my car. Send my thanks to Jordan and Kevin. More

The sales associate Tyler, was awesome in explaining to me my options for a car and also helpful since it was my first time buying a car!
