After inquiring about the Cadillac CTS via the internet, I was contacted by Harold McPeek within a few hours. He answered some of my questions over the phone and invited me in for a test drive. I did finally make it to the dealership and was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Harold McPeek, who promptly introduced me to the Finance Manager Selwyn Brown. They both offered to work with me to try and get me into a new CTS at a price and car payment I could afford. My visit to the dealership was on a Friday night and that following Monday night, I was driving my new CTS off the lot!! These two gentlemen were very helpful, pleasant and cordial and I love them both for helping me get the car that I have wanted for the last three years. I had a noise problem that had been mis-diagnosed. Mark and the mechanics drove the car, figured out the problem and corrected it.
