I really needed to have a safe, reliable vehicle and I was tired of putting money in to repairing used cars and still not really feeling safe in them. I stopped by just to "look" at some new cars, never dreaming that I could really own one. I started to look around and was quickly feeling quite overwhelmed with so many models, colors, options etc., etc. when Keith Beach approached me and introduced himself. Keith was very polite and helpful. He asked a few questions about what I was looking for in a car and immediately began to point out some that I might be interrested in, if I were able to purchase one. We went inside and talked more about what I wanted and needed in a car and what I might be able to afford. After talking my situation over with his manager, Keith brought me a very pretty little red Aveo to test drive. He introduced me to Bruce Manyon, a very nice man who was training in sales and Bruce and I took a test drive. The Aveo is a very nice "little" car, but not quite what I was looking for. Next, I test drove a new Chevy Cruz, and I fell in love. We finished up the paperwork and I drove my new car home. Unfortunately, it had not occured to me that cruise control was not a standard feature in a brand new 2011 car and this feature is one that is extremely important to me because of a problem with my feet. After driving the car all day the next day, I was not happy with my impulsive buy. The next day I called Keith and explained my delima and to my surprise he was very helpful and eager to solve my dissatisfaction right away. Keith took the time and patience to get me a different car that met all and more of my needs and got me a really great financing package. Bruce even drove me to my house in the managers car to get some paperwork that was needed to seal this new deal. These people are GREAT. I LOVE this new Chevy Cruz and would highly recommend the car, Keith, Bruce and all of the staff at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. Everyone went far above and beyond to make sure that my first new car purchase was a good one and I will certainly tell others to see him and Bruce when they visit Jeff Wyler Automall to purchase a vehicle. Just shopping did turn me into a Kia Sorento owner. I was looking for good gas mileage and extra seating and am lucky enough to have found it in the Sorento. Started on the internet and found Jeff Wyler dealership and Steve Swaynie responded to my information request. We followed up with several phone conversations that made me feel that I could do business wi and Steve Swaynie responded to my information request. I set up an appointment, drove two hours to get there, and in a couple of hours drove off in a new 2011 Chevy Avalanche. Their finance department worked to get me the best deal and additional rebates I wasn't even aware of. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from Jeff Wyler dealership. I will be back for an additional vehicle later this summer. More

My family was looking for a good deal on a Chevy Aveo. I saw an ad in the paper, called Jeff Wyler Eastgate and was fortunate to be connected with Steve Swaynie. While the car that we really wanted turned out to already be sold, Steve took all my information and kept looking. He called me a week later and said he'd finally found the car we were looking for. Now you might think, ok, so, he did his job, what's the big deal. Well, to me, he went the extra mile. I expect a salesman to do his homework, be diligent and search out the perfect car for me when I'm buying a fairly expensive car. This was the base model Aveo, which is essentially the lowest priced vehicle of the Chevy brand. i.e., That meant that Steve wasn't going to make a big commission on this sale, and yet he worked and researched to find the best car/deal for my family, as if he were searching for their highest end vehicle. I would without hesitation recommend Steve Swaynie as a salesman to anyone I know. Thanks again Steve! More
