My overall experience with Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg was tainted by the fact that they had recently installed new computer systems and they don't seem to work real well. It took more than 5 hours for the f tainted by the fact that they had recently installed new computer systems and they don't seem to work real well. It took more than 5 hours for the finance department to prepare the proper, accurate, and correct documents required to close the deal. They were printed no fewer than 3 times and the last time, I was halfway through signing them when I (not the finance guy) realized that they were wrong yet again and we had to reprint them one more time and start over. What should have taken no more than 2 hours took the majority of my day. On the other hand, the sales associate was great! I spoke with Bill on the phone a couple of times the day prior to my visit, and he had everything that I had asked for ready for me when I arrived. I received a competitive deal from these guys in a no-pressure environment. When I had questions for Bill, he was available. When I wanted to time to look over the truck and think about the numbers, they gave me my space. Bill was quite patient with my and my questions. As for my trade, I believe their offer could have been better, but again, I was pretty happy with the overall deal. I guess these guys need to eat too. More
