I came in to the dealership with a pipe dream of hopes, but expected to be turned down. I had a rough deal to work out (2 tradeins, both upside down, to trade for 1 vehicle). Ron, the salesman, was helpful and not pushy in anyway. He understood the process and nothing had to be reworked. In one location it gave no restrictions. In another it listed about half the savings as a rebate. In reality the full discount was given only if dealer installed options and third party treatments were purchased and a particular loan obtained. I think I did get a good deal, but not the great deal I thought I might get. More
