BUYING MY NEW TRUCK WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD OR FOUND THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE NOT IN ANY WAY PUSHY . THEY WENT THE THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD OR FOUND THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE NOT IN ANY WAY PUSHY . THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO SHOW AND DEMONSTRATE ALL THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS, TO ME. THEY ALSO OFFERED SOUND ADVISE WHEN ASKED. I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND THEY KNEW MY TIME WAS VALUABLE TO ME. MOST OF THE PAPER WORK WAS ALREADY COMPLETED SO THERE WAS NOT MUCH TIME SPENT IN FINANCE. AFTER THE SALE THERE WAS A MINOR ISSUE WITH A THIRD PARTY'S QUALITY OF WORK AND THEY TOOK CONTROL OF THE ISSUE AND HAD IT RESOLVED. More

Bait and switch I asked the service department to look in to a problem for me. They said they would and that they would charge 1 hour. I said that was ok, and asked I asked the service department to look in to a problem for me. They said they would and that they would charge 1 hour. I said that was ok, and asked them to call me with a price before fixing it. They did call back, let me know what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. I gave them permission to do so. However, they called me back to let me know that didn't work and they would need to do more work for an additional $200. I told them they said the fix would be at the previous agreed price, but they said they would need to charge me more. Long story short, I had to go in to talk to the manager to get them to remove the part they put on and only charge me the gourmet of labor. Had I known from the beginning that they were just going to " try some stuff to see what works" I would have never agreed to have then look into it in the first place. At the end of the day, I am out $95 for an hour of labor and my problem still isn't fixed. Chrysler has lost my business. I will go to Bob Summeral, where they will look in to your problem whiteout charging you any labor, give you a quote, and then you can decide what you want to do. Very dissapointed disappointed in Jeff Wyler. I bought this car there, but I cannot trust them to service it. Lost my family's business. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the poor experience I had there. More

I had an issue with paint coming off of some replacement hinges that had been put on my Jeep Wrangler that I purchased new from Jeff Wyler Lawrencebur I had an issue with paint coming off of some replacement hinges that had been put on my Jeep Wrangler that I purchased new from Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg. Mopar and the service department weren't going to take care of fixing the faulty paint on these replacement hinges (even though the jeep was still almost brand new), "warranty doesn't cover paint"; but Gary made sure that it was fixed and taken care of! Thank you, Gary for restoring my trust in Jeff Wyler and jeep! More

Brian immediately understood my needs, and put a great deal together while we were on the phone. That has never happened to me before, and I was amazed (and grateful) at how quickly and efficiently he handled every detail. All that remained was for me to pay the dealership a visit, sign all of the required forms, and shake Brian's hand. I wish that all of my previous car-buying experiences could have been this smooth.
