Chuck Reckers is Awesome! Chuck at the service department is always a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday, I had an emergency breakdown just down from the dealership. Oil Lead I took the van in to have an oil lead checked. Our garage had said there was a small leak. The service department said it could take an hour. After 45 I took the van in to have an oil lead checked. Our garage had said there was a small leak. The service department said it could take an hour. After 45 minutes, they had not found the leak. They put dye in the oil, so that they could determine if there really is a leak and said to return in 2-3 weeks. I appreciated the fact that the appointment took less time than advertised and that they offered a test. The manager was very courteous. More
