The initial offer you received through Kelley Blue Book is based on the information provided online and is always contingent upon a full in-person inspection. During our appraisal, out expert appraiser detected an issue with the vehicle switching out of hybrid mode, which can be an indicator of several potential mechanical concerns that would need to be addressed if we were to purchase the vehicle. This directly impacted the final offer presented. We also apologize for the longer-than-expected wait time. On the day of your visit, we were experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of guests, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Our management team has made several attempts to reach out to you directly to discuss this matter further, but we have not yet heard back.
