Terrible service. Went in on a Friday for an oil change, went back about ten minutes later because the check engine light came on. Issue was quickly fixed, but come Sunday (the first time I drove since that Friday) the car was running rough and the check engine light was back on. I take it back on Monday, the day I'm supposed to leave for school, and they fix the issue within 4-5 hours stating it was the mass airflow sensor. $720.00 expense for an issue that was non existent the previous Friday and for a car with 24.5k miles and just out of warranty. But it gets better! I finally get on the road and about half an hour from home and I'm on the freeway and something bangs under the hood and the check engine light once more comes on. Livid. Tried calling the dealership, left on hold endlessly and unable to get ahold of anyone in any department. No followup for the messages left, no guidance, just left completely in the dust. I had previously had decent experiences with Jeff Wyler, but this experience has painted them in a different light. I recommend taking your car elsewhere for service or repair. The mass airflow sensor going bad at the same time as an oil change may be a coincidence, but the failure of being able to contact anyone at the dealership during normal business hours is genuinely infuriating. More

Brief explanation, 7-29-22, Wyler appraisal, went home. Discovered oil leak. Went to Wyler service appointment 8-1-22. Quoted false repairs. Mechanic Cody admitted no repairs needed, they loosened my oil filter so he tightened. Firestone confirmed no repairs needed. Joey laughed many times, at one point Ryan stood over me and said keep playing the role. Eric took my receipt then put his hand up and said I don't want to hear anymore, your done goodbye. I made an incident report with sheriff. Eric, Jennifer had meeting with Jeff 8-3-22 in Cincinnati called me for meeting on Friday at 11:00am. I was called a conspiracy theorist, told that I was mean to the staff by Jennifer, they were going to offer a 12 month warranty, however, not sure they wanted to because of my behavior. They had me sign a warranty but would not give me a copy. They won't take responsibility for loosening filter that started everything. Left message with Jeff. No call back still unresolved and I haven't received the credit for 8-1-22. I'm continuing my complaint for resolution. I wrote my first review for yelp at 9:44 AM then I received a call from Erik of Jeff Wyler Chevrolet at 10:52 AM. I was informed that Jeff would not be calling me back and that I was no longer allowed to come into the dealership. More

Jackson did an excellent job of taking care of my needs and restoring my faith in the dealership! I’ll be happy to work with the team there again in the future. More
