Dont waste your time We drove 3 hrs from Ky to purchase a 2015 Cadillac CTS (April 2019). Our salesman (Thomas) was busy or tied up upon our arrival. Jim (sales manager?) We drove 3 hrs from Ky to purchase a 2015 Cadillac CTS (April 2019). Our salesman (Thomas) was busy or tied up upon our arrival. Jim (sales manager?) took over and helped get things started with paper work, trade in value, etc. Once we were ready for financing paperwork to be signed, Thomas comes and gets us and tells us that we have to go over to the "Chevrolet Building" to finish the purchase. At this time, it is absolutely pouring down rain!! There were umbrellas and golf carts there, but we were not offered anything. Instead, we walked a pretty good distance to get to this other building and by that time we were soaked!!!.. Then, a "Finance Manager" named Heather Romine took us to her office to sign papers. She proceeded to tell us that we needed to purchase one of 3 Wyler Care packages that they had to offer for additional $$. We told her REPEATEDLY that we did not want any! She kept insisting to the point that my boyfriend was getting pissed off at her! She finally gave up on that notion, but he then noticed that one of the papers we were signing had a $129 Wyler Care charge for "free oil changes". When did free become $129? When he questioned her about that, she kept stating "oh, I adjusted your interest, so It wont be any extra charge, it'll be a "WASH"'.... The only thing that she didn't make sure to do is her calculations correctly, which we proved to her and we had to make her redo the paperwork to remove the $129!! She had our payments being higher than we were quoted originally!!. It is UNETHICAL to make changes to a purchase contract and not inform the buyer of such!!!. She also lied in the fact that she made mention 2 times that she checked and there were "NO RECALLS" active, when in fact there is a current one out on the Power Steering that has been active since 11/2018!!! My remote key fob has a low battery that keeps showing up on the dash! We weren't even offered a tank of gas for the car we purchased which was almost on empty, knowing we had a 3hr drive home! I've always been given a tank of gas when I have purchased a car before!! Our so called salesman, Thomas, never once said "thank you" for purchasing the vehicle (even though he did NOTHING. Jim did all the work). The only thing Thomas did was get us soaked and chilled to the bone! Thomas did, however, send me a "courtesy text" asking how my purchase was and if I liked the car and if he could do anything to "just let him know"... I informed him that I would like to speak to the main manager. This of course surprised him and he told me that he would definitely have them call me.. TO NO SURPRISE, I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL YET, I EVEN CALLED AND LEFT A MSG FOR "JENNIFER" WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY THE MANAGER... STILL NO RETURN CALL!!! We will NOT purchase another vehicle from a Jeff Wyler dealership again! Definitely did not have a good experience, especially since we drove so far to do so! Thanks, but no thanks, More
