Changing cars is hard since I have a dislike for technology and driving in general. When we arrived at the used car dealership Chris McDowell stepped up to the challenge. He listened to what I said so that he could point us in the right direction. I fell in love with the Nissan versa they had that fit all of my specifications. A couple of months after the purchase my check engine light came on. I was on my way home from work and stopped for help. One of the other sales reps saw me pull in and started helping me right away. The service rep wanted to know what the code was and didn't hesitate to check it. Unfortunately they do not have a Nissan tech on the lot but assured me that I could go to any Nissan location for my warranty coverage. It meant a lot that the people cared and wanted to ensure that I was okay. Chris, Josh and their manager Ryan were easy to talk to and work with. More
Horrible It was horrible I had a flat and on the wheel it had a locked lug nut on each wheel. They failed to give me the key and they must have lost it because they could not find it. They had to tow to Wyler and that took 3 days. They had it a week. No one would call me back and I had spoken to managers. Do not buy from them. More

engine malfunction light while driving home one evening from University are of Columbus the engine malfunction light came on, and being an On-Star subscriber I was also gettin while driving home one evening from University are of Columbus the engine malfunction light came on, and being an On-Star subscriber I was also getting a message from them that there was an issue with the emission system and needed service right away. As soon as I got home which was late evening I got on-line with Wyler to schedule a service appointment the next day. I was promptly responded to by a Wyler person and was given an appointment time the very next afternoon. This put my mind at ease knowing it would be attended to so promptly. The Service Advisor (Chad) wrote up the issue and promised to get the issue taken care of. In a little over 2-hours complete with all checks for emission problems and routine inspections my car was ready for pick-up. I am so grateful to Wyler for being available in urgent matters as well as the routine maintenance. I've been a regular customer of theirs since they came to the area and took over Bob McDorman Chevrolet who was my "go to" service source then and I am well satisfied that Jeff Wyler's service has only increased my reliability on this facility's service and care for their customers. First experience with this dealership was not good I purchased a used car and in the deal a new tire to match was provided. It took 3 visits and countless calls to get this tire ordered. There is no process for this type of situation at this dealership. Everytime I called and stopped in it was like I was starting all over again. This complaint isn't a personnel or quality of service issue it is a management issue where there is no tracking of what it promised. More
