Financing with Gina was questionable at first, but thankfully, my finance minded husband saved me $2000+ off the quote. I asked for a copy of the loan before signing (because my husband was going to look over all the financing) but that didn't happen. After signing and taking the paperwork home to my husband, he pointed out all the add-ons - which I mistakenly thought were in the original price...my mistake, not theirs. So, we contacted them immediately (in writing for our records) and they were great when we asked them to take off everything we were not willing to pay for. We realize she was just doing her job, but she could have saved herself frustration as she knew my husband was going to look over everything. We were willing to cancel the transaction, even though this was just the car I was looking for, had they not corrected it. Gina is new at this position and we are sure was just doing what she was trained to do. It all worked out in the end and I would recommend JW to others but will definitely have a conversation with them to caution on the financing. More
