Was a better experience than any other time I’ve had my car there. I appreciate them being more patient this time in explaining everything. When I called to schedule they acted like they didn’t know anything about my vehice or service history… that I purchased and only service there. They also weren’t very accommodating when it came to me stating I could drop it off but need a way back to work. So instead my boyfriend woke up early to drop off my car then drive me to work. He also stopped in his work day to pick me up and take me back. He said the person came flying around the back of the building with my car and slammed on brakes and put in reverse to back towards garage… not very gentle. I was inside waiting to pay but not one was around. The manager walked out of cashier office and didn’t even acknowledge me with a smile or anything. If there was another Acura dealership in the area, I probably wouldn’t go back More

When I went in for my first service, I was pleased that they already had my service contract information that provided my service for free. I did not have to prove that I purchased the contract. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating was because for some reason they were not able to do the complementary car wash and the beverage machine in the waiting area was out of hot chocolate even though it was only 9:30 in the morning.
