We went into the Jeff Schmitt Nissan used store to look at a 01 chevy tahoe that was listed online for $7494.00.test drove and deiced to buy.We got a trade in value of our car of $2000 and put $2000 down at a 01 chevy tahoe that was listed online for $7494.00.test drove and deiced to buy.We got a trade in value of our car of $2000 and put $2000 down for a total of $4000.Which would've dropped the price to $3494.We arrived at 12:30 and did not leave until 5:30 waiting on them to fill and file paper work after they had i sign the papers and later we found out our loan that should've been for $3494 turned into $6494.We found they raised the price of the car $2000 which made it $9494 before taxes and fees.They let us sit around and just wore us out till we just wanted to leave.please be aware of there business practices and salesmen our salesman was Ron Cooper and their general manager.I know we got screwed and they know they screwed us.I don't want this to happen to anyone else so if you read please pass it on to anyone looking to buy a car. More

We had gone to the Cadillac dealership of Jeff Schmitt to look at a SUV. But it was sold. Was ask to look on the Nissan lot for something conpariable. The SUV I wanted was almost not gonna happen. I was showed a number of other SUV's simulor but not what I wanted. I said I would just keep looking time was on my side. We were in the need for a tow vehicle and found a used Avalanche on their web site. We were not a high dollar customer, but they treated us like we were. Got a great deal and their facilities and staff were great. Took awhile to get all the paperwork and finance done, but they explained everything every step of the way. Not the salesman's fault, it was a high volumn day for selling cars. Recently I took possesion of my THIRD Nissan Sentra from this dealer. I returned again based on my past positive experiences with sales and service. I drove other vehicles, but could not find a vehicle that offered the same level of luxury for the price, but the final decision came to wanting to stay with Ryan Pigott, Mary in service and all the other staff at Schmitt Nissan. Even the mechanics know my cars! Two cars back, Nissan replaced the entire engine under warranty, giving me a rental without question or cost. Last week I talked to the mechanic who recalled doing the work and he explained to me what he thought the problem was with the engine, and why Nissan wanted the entire engine to be certain it was a "fluke" problem. Very few dealers have employees who stay very long. The lastest lease (my third in row) was so easy, just as it was in the past. Again, the finance person, Wes recalled my past leases and our past conversations! It is an amazing place to do business! More
