Hopefully I got the all the employee names i dealt with right. I could not have entered the dealership at a better time. I received A Plan pricing (extra rebate below invoice and nearly half off an environmental protection package) for being active duty military, received a better APR than USAA could offer, free shipping on my rare 6-speed Frontier Pro-4x CC, excellent and fair trade value on my 2008 X-Terra, and was even offered the second tank of gas. Everyone at the dealer worked very hard to make a deal with me and take care of their military customers, and for that customer service deserves an excellent. The only pressure I felt dealing with them was that the military rebates were to expire in a few days, but they kept sweatening the deal beyond (extra trade value, smaller deposit). So I jumped at the chance, knowing that if I waiting the planned 4 months the deal would be off the table. Based off my experience, I would recommend that people at least check out what they have to offer, and then make your own decision to purchase from them. I certainly don't regret it and have a smile on my face everytime I turn the key. More

I went in to see what nissan had and lonnie showed me a few nissans. Didnt know anything about the product then when i asked him about the additional stuff they had on there cars he just told me that we h few nissans. So when i ask for his card he went inside to get it and then his manager came out and told me what it was gonna take to buy a car today and we told him we were just lookiing for now. so he thought that price was a factor for us and that we were going to buy right there but we werent sure of what we wanted and then he got rude as if it was our fault and said whatever as he walked away More

Here's why: (1) I had to chase them for a check they promised to send me as part of the deal (2) I had follow up questions for Brian (e.g. tire mileage warranty) that he never followed up with an answer (3) Schmitt Nissan's service department is not open on weekends (4) the Personal Assistant benefit included with the car does not include help scheduling car maintenance appointments.
