Customer service: Emailed ahead with stock nos of two used cars we were interested in. When we arrived at dealership, they had them out front ready to go. Getting test drive was no problem. Wife preferred Maxima over Altima, wanted to look at new models. She saw the fully loaded 2012 Maxima and that was what she wanted. We liked the style and all the tech features. I especially liked the CVT transmission. Price: We had planned to pay cash, but dealer offered a good price with 60 mos @ 0% w $500 rebate- no reason to pay cash. Jeff Schmitt offers a nice rustproofing & fabric protection package, plus the easycare, totalcare and gap coverage, making a total package deal that was very attractive. Being a Motor Trend Certified Dealer is a great advantage for Jeff Schmitt. Financing was easy. Manager Adam Kopans very personable and knowledgeable. Salesman Rick Credit was very friendly and patient with us as we looked at different options. He answered all our questions and delivered everything he promised. The finance manager Mario McIntosh explained all the finance and disclosure forms and got us through the paperwork. This took awhile, but Mario was so charming and so much fun that we didn't mind.
