This was my first time buying a Nissan. From the moment we stepped onto the car dealership I knew I would end up buying a car here. Jordan Misamore (Sales Rep) sold the car! He got us very interested in the the car by telling us all the warranties Jeff Schmitt had to offer and he knew all the vehicles inside and out. Once he offered us a test drive it was all over! I had to have the car. It was a used Nissan Rouge and I love it! It took us a while to get the price we wanted. They were willing to listen to our offers and our financial situation. We kept them there after close and no one seemed to mind. As the other sales reps were leaving, they were shaking our hands and telling us congradulations. I would high recommend Jeff Schmitt in Beavercreek, OH! Great place! More

Rick was terrific in going over every aspect of the vehicle, our two trades and all of the associated paperwork. I recommend the dealer purchase software to replace the antiquated and time consuming paperwork-in-triplicate process currently in place. All of the handwritten paperwork cost my wife and I at least an hour that could have been saved. That being said, Rick was as professional and friendly as possible. More

He offered a great deal of insight as to how this overall process works and helped me narrow my choices just a bit. I was able to test drive a vehicle with the setup exactly as I was hoping to find, and will be back in the very near future to follow through with everything and move forward with the buying process. It didn't just seem like they were trying to sell me a car just to get my money and then send me out the door. When I get my license plates I fully intend to keep the Jeff Schmitt frame on my car. With how helpful and wonderful these people are I don't mind advertising for them.
