Although Reggie worked across the street at Mazda, he did everything in his power to make sure I left a happy customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the fact that he went out of his way to find a way for everything in his power to make sure I left a happy customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the fact that he went out of his way to find a way for me to purchase a car as a first time buyer. I am truly happy with my 2012 Nissan Sentra SE!!! More
Outstanding service and deal. I am leasing a fully loaded $41,480 Maxima for less than my buy payment on the 2012 Altima that I traded in. Great job Rick and Brian! loaded $41,480 Maxima for less than my buy payment on the 2012 Altima that I traded in. Great job Rick and Brian! More
I had a good experience buying my new car. The only thing is I don't know why my car was $2000 more than the base mode. I don't know what options made it more expensive. is I don't know why my car was $2000 more than the base mode. I don't know what options made it more expensive. More
The dealership had good service and was very friendly and willing to help and work with me when I bought my car. They did however seem to forget quite a bit of paperwork and things that were major and needed willing to help and work with me when I bought my car. Chris Ault, at Jeff Schmidt Nissan, was extremely considerate and listened with discernment. He introduced me to the 2013 Altima with its incredible gas mileage. I drove three cars initially, a maxi considerate and listened with discernment. He introduced me to the 2013 Altima with its incredible gas mileage. I drove three cars initially, a maxima, and Altima and a small SUV. I then drove the Altima and the XTERRA once more to make a final decision. I was disappointed with the rear view and blind spots with the Altima which was a superior cr. Chris then told me about the tech package that would be coming out later. I postponed purchasing the Altima until the tech package would be available. I explored leasing versus buying and was given good rates for both considering the popularity and scarcity of the 2013 Altima. Overall, I was very pleased with the professional manner of the staff, the ability to review different options, and not feeling forced into a premature decision.. In addition their Motor Trend certified vehicles provided further incentives. More
Our sales person, Rick Credit, was excellent. He provided courteous and information service on our test drive, responded promptly to my calls prior to our return visit, clearly explained pricing of provided courteous and information service on our test drive, responded promptly to my calls prior to our return visit, clearly explained pricing of vehicle, and thorougly went over all the features of our new vehicle. We received a very good price on the vehicle and a fair allowance on our trade-in. More
Was quite impressed with the dealership response from my internet inquiry. Received a video response and a call from the internet group to setup an appt to test drive the Murano I was interested in. Dan Jo internet inquiry. Received a video response and a call from the internet group to setup an appt to test drive the Murano I was interested in. Dan Johnson followed up with a call confirming the appt and said he would have the vehicle waiting for me. I arrived at 6:15 and the car was not ready as promised. I was introduced to Nicole Moore, Sales Consultant who retrieved the car 20 minutes after our arrival. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. We went for a test drive and I was interested in making an offer. I was asked if I wanted an extra package and the etching while negotiating and I declined both. I explained that the only reason I was considering trading in my 2005 Murano was to take advantage of the 1.99% my credit union was offering and gave my final offer. Nicole went to Tom Dobson at least 6 times after to counter and/or to correct the offer sheet. This was absolutely ridiculous! Tom came over to say the only way they would accept my offer is if I agreed to finance with the dealership (at 1/4 - 1/2%more) instead of going to my credit union to close and was less than friendly. I agreed, but continued to receive differing data from the Tom and the Financing Manager and the offer sheet came back incorrect 2 more times. By this time we had been at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. I asked to see the final offer sheet again, because I did not confirm that the package and etching were not added. The cost of the etching was included. When I questioned this Tom said the etching had already been done and there was nothing he could do. I know the dealership adds this etching for their own insurance liability so if it's done when I come to the dealership, it should already be included in the internet price. Because it was so late, we wanted to come back within 2 days to finalize everything, but Tom told Nicole we had to take the car that night. We very reluctantly agreed. The car still needed to be detailed and the financing paperwork completed. After all was complete it was 10 pm at night. The gas tank was below E, so Nicole wanted us to take her over to the gas station so she could fill it up. Once at the gas station, I pushed the gas cap button and it depressed all the way (broke). Went back to the dealership for the manager to look at and finally was able to leave for home. I have never had such a painful car buying experience in my life!! This was in no way reflective of Nicole Moore who I think was the most positive part of the deal (and this was only her 4th week on the job). She is very personable and helpful -- I would work with her again in a heartbeat, but I will not go back to Jeff Schmidt! We had to bring the car back in to get the gas button fixed and the dealership offered nothing for our inconvenience. To top off this "wonderful" experience, when I called the dealership to find out why my old loan had not been paid off, the finance manager informed me that in his haste the night we signed the papers, he basically sold me the car I traded in so all the paperwork had to be redone. Unbelievable!! While I absolutely love my Murano, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone! More
Our salesman, Jordon Misamore was attentive, accomidating and in touch with this buyer. He understood that I had already researched the models and had it down to two models that my wife and I wanted to test and in touch with this buyer. He understood that I had already researched the models and had it down to two models that my wife and I wanted to test drive. We test drove a nissan juke and when we were done we informed Jordan that we were going across the street to drive a Mazda 3 series car. He said he could meet us over there and let us test drive there as well. We thought that was nice. After driving the mazda, we went home to "chew on it" awhile and returned a couple days later ready to purchase the Juke. My wife test drove the Juke once more then we told Jordan what model/make and color of the vehicle we wanted then went inside the dealership. This is where our nightmare began. It started out nice enough, however that is not how the next 2 hours in the dealership went. I told Jordan that this was going to be a cash purchase and gave him the above specifications. Then the sales manager got involved. He seemed nice enough, telling me stories about his grandson etc but was not very helpful after that. You see, in my opinion, I had already made a decision about what I was going to purchase. I did not need help with that decision, nor did I need to be held hostage in his office for the time I was there. They informed me that they did not have the exact match of car on the lot but they would look around and find what I am looking for. Of course, there would be an additional charge to go pick it up, and that if I gave him an extra $1000 dollars to work with he may be able to upgrade some options. I thought to myself, just leave and find a dealership that has my car and I will go get it, and drive it to my home (its mine afterall) and maybe they would reimburse me the cost to drive my car home. After the badgering from the sales manager, next in line was the business manager. He informed me that I should not pay cash for the vehicle and that I should pay half, borrow the other half so "we both could make a little money off the deal" He said I could make payments on the vehicle for 4 months, then pay the ballance off at that time without a penalty for borrowing money that I didnt need in the first place. I told him that I would think about it. My form of making money off the deal was that he would take 50% off a $1200 dollar paint protection plan I had not agreed to. Seemed funny. I wish these two "wise men" would learn from the younger man (Jordan) in this instance. I wish they would have listened to the customer who knew what he wanted and did not want to be bullied and held hostage. I would recommend the dealership to others with caution. I would recommend Jordan to anybody that asks. The dealership/managers are debatible. More
My husband and i had just started looking around for a new car. We had driven a Altima a couple of years ago that belonged to a family member and loved the car. We test drove a Altima. We told Rick right from the statrt that we had just begun to look at dealers for a new car and were not going to make any decisions until we test drove several cars. Well, we didnt go to any other dealers and bought a new Altima from Rick. Very pleased. More
My wife and I were browsing the lot when we were greeted by Tara. It was near closing hours and she stayed quite awhile after to talk with us and really sell us on why this dealership was the best decision by Tara. It was near closing hours and she stayed quite awhile after to talk with us and really sell us on why this dealership was the best decision for us to make. We made arrangements to come out the next morning and she was ready for us at the door when we pulled up. She was extremely friendly. Got drinks for my kids, my wife and me and even turned on her laptop so our kids could watch some Disney movies. They were well entertained and my wife and I were able to focus on the business decision. This was the first time I've dealt with someone, where I didn't feel like I was being "haggle" or "ripped off". She excluded any information from us and told us everything that we were getting right from the bat. We were pleased with what she had shown us, so we let her know where we were financially and she took it to her managers. They made us a wonderful deal and we signed. We love our Altima. Great little car. We will definitely send others to see Tara Smith at Jeff Schmitt's and I intent to work with only her in the future. Very nice girl. More
