My husband and I were in the market for a new car and after doing our research at home we decided to try Jeff Schmidt Nissan. Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicole and asked how she could be of help to after doing our research at home we decided to try Jeff Schmidt Nissan. Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicole and asked how she could be of help to us. We explained that we had been interested in the 2013 Nissan Altima and the 2012 Nissan Rogue. We asked about test driving the 4 cyl and V6 Altima's along with the Rogue (each one loaded), she let us know that it would be just a few minutes but she would be happy to let us drive each one (they were buried and needed to be moved around so that she could get to what we wanted. LOL). First we drove the V6 Altima and were totally impressed (we should have just stopped there and started the paperwork), we still wanted to drive the other 2 and did. We decided to go ahead and fill out the paperwork for the loan, after quite a bit of back and forth and tons of patience on Nicole's part she was able to get the price where we needed it along with the payments where we wanted them. Even though it was close to closing time she was still patient with us and had our new car ready to drive off the lot that evening. She was even very good with our daughter, who I needed to leave and pick up in the middle of the buying process. When my daughter and I arrived back, she offered her some candy and a juice box. Today I went back for them to apply the environmental protection that we purchased with the car, they even fixed a blemish in the paint that I found after getting my new car home. The entire experience has been great and I will definitely recommend and return to purchase again. More

I called because I saw a commercial about getting approved with bad credit. Mario McIntosh told me that he would get something worked out and it was better than I expected. Chris Ault called to make sure what I was looking for and showed me the car, also made sure that we had everything we needed for the bank. I couldn't believe that I could get a nice car, let alone a brand new one! They definitely work hard to not only get you something that you can afford and be approved on, but also something you like! Although I usually to prefer to buy at "NO Haggle" dealerships (Carmax) I decided to give this dealer a try since they had the vehicle I preferred. I came to this dealership to look at a car I found online. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, so Dustin asked my preferences, and searched the computer for me. I was initially pleased with the dealership but i was looking over the paperwork and noted i had been charged for the Easy Care services. I was told that those services were included. I walked into the parking lot looking at a Rogue but I also wanted to see a CX5 and hoped not to get hassled.
