I purchased my Mazda at a different Mazda dealer but always come to Jeff Schmitt for oil changes and maintenance because of Cody Lesher, Service Advisor. I am a body man with over 50 years in the body shop business I ran a Mercedes-Benz dealership's Body Shop and a Volvo BMW's dealership body shop. Stopped in to get the service records of a Miata tha business I ran a Mercedes-Benz dealership's Body Shop and a Volvo BMW's dealership body shop. Stopped in to get the service records of a Miata that I own and they were spectacularly quick and efficient and polite and a pleasure to work with somebody so professional while I was there I thought I would get my Miata appraised Josh took very professional care of me he's obviously a very knowledgeable guy and if I ever buy a a new Mazda it will be from him. Very professional very KNOWLEDGEABLE!. .OH. and I believe Quincy(?) is a fellow that helped me also .great guy. Thank you guys for a very nice experience at your dealership. More
It was finally time to service the ol’ trusty Mazda and the only time I had available was while on sick leave recovering from surgery (I had no idea Jeff had loaner cars). What an amazing experience. From being cordially greeted at the service entrance to the immaculate guest/customer waiting area, everything was literally first class. I have never experienced anything like it. Mike, the service manager, checked over the car and gave me several pointers in order of priority and I was able to make my own decision, without any pressure. Oh, they also promptly took care of 3 recall orders and one warranty replacement. Because I had just had surgery, they didn’t keep me waiting and, best of all, asked me which Mazda model I would like to use as a loaner. Wow! Guess who’s buying a Mazda CX-5 next? Five stars, for sure...heck, 10 out of 10. Perfect score from start to finish. More

Service person was great! Service person, Vivian, was very professional and courteous. I told her that our son's Mazda 3 possibly had a stripped drain plug. (Valvoline wouldn't Service person, Vivian, was very professional and courteous. I told her that our son's Mazda 3 possibly had a stripped drain plug. (Valvoline wouldn't change oil fearing that it might not screw back in) Great news was that it was just a little loose. This was my first visit to Schmitt Mazda (new in town from Texas). Took less than 1/2 hour with appointment and appreciated the vacuuming of carpets. Will be back when in the market for new or used Mazdas. More
Great Service Experience I was greeted right away by the friendly service writer. She very efficiently wrote up work order and showed me a written estimated cost.
